Dining at Enting’s of Sagay restaurant

The night we arrived in Negros, we dined at a local restaurant famous for their grilled foods. Our table was laden with variety of grilled seafoods; squid (my favorite!), crabs, shrimps, scallops, fish steak, fish soup, what else? I got to taste Philippines’ beer again too, the San Miguel beer! Even if I was tired from our long trip, the sumptuous food made my day! What a way to start our first day of vacation.

The juicylicious buttered scallops and the lone crab (the last of the bunch).

What’s left of the grilled squid.

Here I am after a very filling dinner, sitting inside the native house on stilts. There were many of these houses all over the restaurant’s ground, suited for diners who want to have an exclusive place of their own.
